2019 was another fine vintage in Margaret River that provided our vines with a long, slow ripening period for our Semillon and our Sauvignon Blanc. This resulted in fruit achieving optimal flavour ripeness and purity and ensuring all the varietal flavours can develop in a gentle pace in the vineyard.
Intensely fresh aromas of meadow hay, lime brulee and hints of passion fruit carry onto the palate and finishes crisp, clean and lingering with texture and pithiness. 12.5% alcohol. 7.4 Standard Drinks.
