Our 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon is world class. It looks fantastic with its big ruby red colour and crimson hues. The aroma draws you in with its mixture of plums and redcurrants. The French oak gives it a slight smokiness to make you want to take that first taste.
With an elegant palate you get a soft and subtle flavour with a mix of cherry and blackcurrant. The tannins are fine and a great line to the palate.To be enjoyed with your favourite Italian meal or a cheese board sitting around the fire. Great to drink now but over time it will develop further and can be aged for 5 - 7 years. Enjoy!! 14.0 alcohol. 8.3 Standard Drinks.
