Our 2016 Shiraz has a wonderful ruby red colour, with a blueberry and black cherry aroma. It also has a hint of nutmeg and white pepper.
The taste is a soft savoury palate with dark fruit characteristics. There are fine oak tannins that bring all the flavour together in a smooth finish. This succulent shiraz has great length and is made for mid term cellaring for 5 - 7 years. 14.0 alcohol. 8.3 Standard Drinks.
